Cheating is, by definition, if you are doing something your partner doesn't know about, and would not approve of if they did know.
So, what does and doesn't constitute cheating is dependent upon what you negotiate in your relationship.
CHEATING IS WHEN YOU DO SOMETHING WITH ANOTHER PARTNER THAT YOUR PARTNER DOESN'T KNOW OR APPROVE. IT ALL DEPEND ON THE TERMS OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PARTNER. GIVING ORAL SEX DOESN'T HAVE A LIMIT AS LONG AS IT IS NOT CONSIDERED CHEATING BY YOUR PARTNER.
